We had problems with accommodation on another site and came to you at about 8:30pm on a Monday night, you were extremely helpfull and able to accommodate us at a very reasonable price. Thanks to you we had a fantastic holiday, better than we had wished for. We will be back, thank you very much.

William Clemson
We were booked into the site w/c 17/09/11, weather was very windy and rained for three days. We were in a motorhome on grass, daughter and family were camping. Due to weather, site got very muddy for camping where we were and where our daughter was. We approached the owners of the site who could not have been more helpful, our daughter and family moved into a holiday home and we were able to move to a hard standing pitch. The site and facilities are excellent and would recommend the site to anyone and will return ourselves. The site is very clean and all the staff I met were very polite and helpful at all times, ideal site for grandchildren.

I have recently come back from a weekend holiday from this site and it is great. The staff are helpful and friendly and my family (including my 4 year old brother) loved Woolly Bear. It was a nice short stroll to the beach and the sights are lovely. If I was going to come back to Woolacombe again in the future for a holiday I would come to woolacombe sands and would recommend this site to anybody.

Kathryn Golding
Just returned from a four day holiday in the Waney Edge Chalets. Chalets kept so clean and fitted with all the essentials. So peaceful and with the main park so close, perfect to keep all the party happy. So hoping to return again soon, my 5yr old son loved the swiiming pools. A BIG HUGE thank you to you all for giving us such a fantastic holiday.

Just like to say thanks again (was here last October) for a great time at Woolacombe Sands. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. 'Hi and thanks' to all the staff. Kelly and Becky are the best and had the holiday makers rocking. It's a superb site that is kept spotless and has lovely views of the sea. Can't wait to come back.

We have just returned from Woolacombe Sands and what a great experience it was. Our chalet was the best we've had and the food was well cooked and plentiful. Our chalet was great, clean, well equipped and it slept the six of us comfortably. Would go again tomorrow.

Our family had the best time ever!!!!! Me and my Sister loved the kids club and my mum, Dad, Nan and Grandad also had a great time in the club as my Nan won �50 on the bingo. But even if she wouldn't have won, we still would have had the best time ever. Thanks to all of the staff at Woolacombe for their wonderful cleaners, entertainment, arcades and many more. We will hope to see you this year as we have started collecting 'The Sun Hols' tokens and we are hoping to get Woolacombe Sands as we have put that as our first choice. Can't wait to see all of Woolacombe again xxx

Jenny Davies
Jut resturned from a late summer weekend visit. What a lovely holiday park and location. We had a caravan with stunning views of Woolacombe beach, which all the caravans do. The indoor pool was lovely and warm and people were using the outdoor pool as the weather was beautiful for late September. It's a lovely friendly place to stay with good entertainment for the kids. Woolacombe is a lovely little place, well worth a visit for a few days.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the team at Woolacombe Sands. We stayed in a bronze caravan in August and we were very pleased with the standard. I would say this is a great all round site, the walk down to the beach took us about 15 minutes but the kids loved it as we had to pass a horse riding school and a park so the walk usually took a little longer. Thank you for a great holiday, will be seeing you again.

We laughed so much every day. He was jealous of how much I love Woolly Bear! We can't speak highly enough of the camp site and it's great staff. Hope to be back in September.

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely break at Woolacombe Sands, we stayed from 7th - 11th June. We arrived a little early but our caravan was ready which was appreciated as it was raining! We were offered an upgrade for �10 which we had. The caravan was very clean and we had a view of the ocean from our window which was great. The site was exceptionally clean and tidy and Woolacombe is such a quaint seaside resort with the most amazing bay and beach. We cannot wait to come back.

We stayed on the 7th - 11th June 2010 and the caravans were excellently equipped and the views from our caravan was stunning overlooking the countryside and down onto the beach. The site is smaller than others but very well organised and the club house, swimming pool and entertainment is amazing too. Top tip, the food in the club house is really good quality for the price and the meals were massive. Thank a lot for a great holiday experience. Will definitely return.

Just to say that last weekend 22nd - 24th May was spent on your park and to say what a wonderful time we had. Your staff are so pleasant and helpful. Oven went out and someone came within ten minutes and solved the problem. Park is very clean and tidy. We all loved the break there and will definately be coming back, many thanks.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for the lovely time we had when we stayed with you over the last Bank Holiday weekend. We were in Chalet 11 and we wanted to let you know that we were very impressed by how clean it was and that it really felt like a 'home from home'. The reception staff were really nice and helpfull, especially when we made a 'detour' via Exeter (don't ask) and they could tell us all the best places in Barnstaple for our 'girlie' shopping. We were even introduced to 'Primani' where we purchased a number of handbags and shoes! Thank you again, the accommodation was excellentand really helped us all to chill out and have a lovely time.

We started coming when Woolacombe Sands was called Richards Holiday Park... so how long is that? Every May half term for all of those years, and we still love it. It's a home from home with fun, relaxation and fresh air, and with great staff to make it complete. Booking for next year already ! Well done Woolly!

We have been to Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park for 5 consecutive years. We go all together as a family holiday and wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else. As a family we absolutely love Woolacombe Sands, set in a stunning location, surrounded by green hills, and as you look out your caravan window you can see the sea. The staff are lovely and helpful, the caravans practical and clean, and the holiday cottages are stunning too. We went twice last year and will be coming back for many years to come. There is also a path down to the beach. Highly recommended.

Well what can i say?I have been going to woolacombe between 6-8 years, sadly i haven't been in the last 2-3 but the years i have been there have been absolutely amazing, the staff are brilliant old and new and the people you meet there are fantastic aswell,The whole campsite is clean the caravans are spotless everything is just so much fun even staying in a tent! The views are outstanding and the beach is such a nice place and within walking distance and i love the little village and the shops. There's so much i could write about this campsite and i'd recommend it to anyone of all ages, give it a go people and hopfully you will like it as much as i did.

We spent 2 excellent holidays this year at this well organised, friendly holiday park, we had such a brillant time it will be our first destination for our holiday next year, the staff are so helpful it makes the time down there special. The caravans are throughly clean and spacious, the views are outstanding and the walk to the beach is only 20 mins down the pathways. The clubhouse and reception staff are always at hand with any problems (thats if you have any) the showers are the cleanest I have witnessed, we had a SUPERB time and would recommend it to anyone, SEE you next year.
