RHS Rosemoor Winter Sculpture Exhibition

The surprising colour, scent and texture of the garden in winter provides the perfect foil for the annual sculpture trail.

Set against the amazing backdrop of Rosemoor in winter, the annual #WinterSculpture Exhibition will be on display throughout the garden as well as inside the Visitor Centre.

Unique creations in a wide variety of media confront visitors with dramatic material statements and challenge them with their enigmatic qualities. The low winter sun, the pale light before a snow fall or the careful placement of the illuminations has the effect of highlighting the sculptures.

This year the exhibition has been freshened up with around 65% of the artists being new to Rosemoor.

Included is our very poignant soldier and poppy display commemorating the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. The Centenary Display of a magnificent sculpture of an ‘Unknown Soldier’ by George Hider and ceramic poppies beautifully designed by local artist Renée Kilburn Ceramics.

Most of the pieces are for sale or can be made on commission.

Included with normal garden admission.
