Community Arts Cow Trail - National Trust
start at Woolacombe TIC to see the first cow sculpture, then find the remaining 9 throughout Woolacombe Sand Dunes. The cow sculptures have been painted by local individual, schools & community groups.

4th August - The Last Baguette: Arthur - The Story of a King at Clovelly Court, 5pm - 6pm.
A story of the old world, with knights, wizards, mist, magic and an amplified lute.This fun and farcical adventure is a deliberately anarchic and anachronistic re-telling of the Arthurian Legend with live music, physical comedy and lo-fi acrobatics.

6th August - Beaford Arts in Mortehoe - The Grimm Sisters, 1.30pm & 3.30pm - Mortehoe Pay Area, outside the Museum
You know the Brothers Grimm? The famous story tellers...or story stealers more like! The Grimm Sisters are here to set the record straight. Join them on their journey as they tell their twisted tales with a mix of live music, singing and comedy. Bucket collection for donations at each performance. Audience are welcome to bring their own blankets or chairs. Suitable for ages 6+

7th & 8th August - Mortehoe Museum Summer Fete 10.30am - 4pm each day
A Summer Fete with stalls, and sea shanties sung by local singers 'Anchors Aweigh', who will also have a 'bucket collection' for their chosen charities. Stallholders will include: Mortehoe WI with cakes, bakes and crafts, Woolacombe & Mortehoe Hospice Supporters Group with a tombola staff St. Mary's Church, Mortehoe, The Museum - some bargains from our shop at sale prices and Woolacombe & Mortehoe Voice.

8th August - Clovelly Martime Festival 10am - 5pm
This year the Maritime Festival, in aid of The Mission to Seafarers, will be full of fun for all ages and packed with a programme of all sorts of activities and entertainment. Watch the exciting Clvoelly Cup yacht rally, whilst enjoying live music, street entertainment, activities and games for the whole family. It is definitely a day to remember! 

14th August Day Retreat - Breakfast, Gentle Yoga, Nature Walk, Lunch, SoundBaths and Cream Tea

2nd September - Immersion Theatre: Romeo & Juliet, Clovelly Court, 5pm - 6pm
Moving funny and tragic in equal measure, this beautiful production sees Immersion continue to build on their reputation for producing Shakespeare for all, be it the seasoned theatre-goer or budding literary enthusiast. This is Shakespeare as it's meant to be: interactive, fun and highly accessible!
